How has property management helped you in your career development?

This question doesn’t really apply to me, as I am not in development, however, if it were about redevelopment: My former projects which include, Warner Business Center, have been successful because of the strong relationships I have built in the industry. I know who I can rely upon when deadlines are tight.

What are some of your hobbies?

I’m in property management, we don’t have time hobbies, unless CAMS and budgets are hobbies!  I love to kick box when I can, and on rare occasions scuba dive and snow ski.

What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?

I have two favorites. The Broadway 101 disposition due to fact I had the most amazing team of guys at Cassidy Turley (when it was CT). We had an extremely tight turnaround time to get the project ready to go market and everyone worked around the clock. And of course, Warner Business Center,   I had to rebrand, revitalize and modernize $1.5 million in capital projects within six months.  I am extremely happy with all that was accomplished.

As a mom…Disneyworld, pre mom Kelly… South Africa
