Q: How has property management helped you in your career development?
A: Over the years, property management has helped me in my career development in many aspects such as; leadership, responsibility and problem solving. The one thing that I can say is by far the most valuable is establishing strong customer service skills. With customer service, I have learned a great deal of patience and learning how to handle different types of people and personalities.
