March Maintenance Madness

 

Well…Landscape Maintenance Madness! Here’s what we do on your property this month:

• Rye lawns will be mowed at 2” in
height and water increased to 4
times/week.
• Annual flowers will be watered 2 – 3
times/week and fertilized every two
weeks.
• Corrective pruning of natal plum,
hibiscus begins; frost damage
pruning of bougainvillea begins; hard
pruning of Yellow Bells, Orange
Jubilee & Lantana continues. Shrub
rejuvenation of sages continues.
• Mowing, raking, edging and
trash/leaf collection in landscape
areas (weekly basis).
• All plant material will continue to be
monitored for disease or pest
infestation.
• Application of post-emergent
herbicide on all decomposed granite
(dg) areas will be completed as
needed.

AVAILABLE OPTIONAL SERVICES

• Pre-emergent weed control for
planting & lawn areas.
• Olive tree spraying to prohibit
flowers/fruit.
• Tree irrigation emitter relocation
