Q: What are you most excited about in your new role?
A: Meeting new people and encountering new challenges. I’m excited to be part of a growing company and hope to be an integral part of the company’s future success.
Q: How has your career in property management supported your personal and professional development goals?
A: I’ve had the fortunate experience to work with many great mentors in my career thus far. Along with my drive to succeed both personally and professionally, they have helped to shape the person that I am today. I look forward to this next step in my career to bring me new experiences to grow from and new people to learn from.
Q: Is there a professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
A: I am most proud of the professional relationships that I have sustained throughout my career. I often say that I won’t always know everything about property management, but more importantly I have surrounded myself with respected industry professionals who I can count on to help me along the way.
Q: Do you have a personal or professional motto you live by?
A: “Success consists of getting up once oftener than you fall down.” – Mary Engelbreit I love this quote as it shows that both personally and professionally, we will never be perfect but it’s how we pick ourselves up and move on that’s important; never give up!
Q: What are some of your hobbies?
A: I love spending time with my son and husband. We enjoy taking the Jeep out of town and romping in the desert, camping, playing softball and spending time with family and friends by the pool.
Q: What has been the best vacation you’ve been on?
A: Last October we had a small family reunion cruise and it was such an amazing time! It was so nice to be able to put down the technology and enjoy our time with family. I was able to try a lot of new foods that I’ve never in my life thought of eating (escargot!!) and take in the beautiful serene views. I can’t wait for the next cruise, I’m definitely addicted now!
Q: If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?
A: My son, my husband and a sailboat so that we could make a great adventure out of it sailing around until we were ready to sail our boat back home.
